During the night, Moscow's aerial assaults have resulted in electricity outages in extensive areas of the capital city, the Ukrainian capital.

A number of civilians were wounded while inhabitants in eastern neighborhoods were experienced blackouts and faced disruption to water systems, per reports from city officials.

Simultaneously, a minor was killed in a separate assault in the southeastern region in the southeastern part, according to regional authorities.

Moscow has increased attacks on electrical systems over recent weeks, while officials has demanded "concrete actions" from international partners to exert influence on Russia.

"What's needed is not symbolic gestures but firm measures - from the United States, European nations and the major economies - in providing defensive weapons and applying restrictions," was stated in a public message.

Officials stated that hundreds of unmanned aircraft and several dozen projectiles targeted energy facilities, labeling such attacks as "premeditated" and against "everything that sustains normal life" as winter approaches.

The energy minister said Russia was "conducting extensive attacks" and technical staff were laboring to repair systems.

A barrage of missiles damaged power facilities and residential structures in the capital.

Five out of the nine people hurt in the strikes on the city have been transported for medical care, as confirmed by local officials.

Authorities told journalists that Moscow was intentionally trying to demolish the national power system, with strikes already affecting energy systems.

He said energy workers and government agencies were preparing for more assaults.
